Long Island Wine Press

Have you been to the vineyards out on eastern Long Island  yet this fall? The new Fall/ Winter issue of the  Wine Press features my painting ” Late Harvest Jamesport Vineyards. ” If you’re in town you can check out the painting  which will be on exhibit  at  the Holiday Art reception on November 5th at Gallery North in Setauket .

It was very early in the morning on a crisp fall day when I caught the lone worker walking to the end of row five at Jamesport Vineyards

Local Color Opens This Friday

Gallery North’s Local Color show opens this Friday, August 27, with a reception from 5 – 7pm!

After a summer of painting I’m excited to see my work on another wall besides my own! If you’re in town join me and view my paintings alongside  other artists’ interpretations of the Long Island landscape .

Yesterday morning was a fine day to paint and   find a surprise of peonies in Rich’s garden!
